Return Form

  1. Complete the Return Form: Each order comes with a packing slip; you should include a copy of this as well. Please tell us why you're returning the item and how we should refund your money

  2. Trees are returnable within 3 days of receiving them. If they arrive damaged, you must notify us by email within 24 hours of delivery. We do not refund shipping to/from on tree orders/returns.

  3. Pack Your Return: Wrap your crystal items carefully ( as we can not accept damaged crystals)
    in a box and enclose a copy of the packing slip with your return. If the crystals or trees were damaged when you received them, you must specify this on the return form.

  4. Ship Your Return:
Ship Returned Items to the address on the box your order came in. If you have misplaced your box, please ship to:

  • 5. Check Your Email: We will send you an email to notify you that your return has been processed and the proper account is credited. You should expect the credit in your account 10-14 days after we have received your return.
  • If you have misplaced your order form, you can print out the order information from the my account section of our site, or simply include a piece of paper when you send your return back to us with your full name, email address, order number, the name/item number of the item(s) you're returning and how you would like to be refunded (either to your Cristalier account or back to your credit card). If you cannot find your order or item number, please note you can access this information on the my account area of the site.

    And now for the fine print:
    Wholesale orders are not returnable.
    Items that have been used are not returnable.
    You have 30 days from the day your order shipped to make a return on crystals.
    Trees must be returned with 3 days of delivery.
    If you do not specify damaged crystals on your return form and we receive them damaged, we will not issue a credit. Be sure to pack the crystals carefully to avoid this situation.
    Returned Orders are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
    Shipping to or from Cristalier is not refundable.
