How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?
 

Orders are processed rather quickly and it may have already been shipped. Once your order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may want to call 206.259.9100 or text 253.292.5505 to add an item prior to order being shipped.

You may return the merchandise once you receive it. Even if your package is refused after being shipped, you will still be charged for the shipping and also the return shipping. Crystal order have a 20% re-stocking fee.

Click the "My Account" link at the top of the page to view orders you have placed. Then click the "Change quantities / cancel orders" link to find and edit your order.

Has my order shipped?

An item is missing from my shipment.
 
Some items on your order may be on back order and in some cases out of stock.

Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If you order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your packages each show a status of "delivered", please contact customer service 206.259.9100 or text 253.292.5505 for assistance.
When will my backorder arrive?
  We maufacturer all of our products. Sometimes, an item may be out of stock, or delayed in production due to mechanical failure. In this case, you will receive an email notifying you of your options regarding back-ordered products.
My order never arrived.
  Click the "My Account" link at the top of the page to view the tracking information. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If you order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your packages each show a status of "delivered", please contact customer service at 206.259.9100 or text 253.292.5505 for assistance.

Please note: If the carrier has chosen to leave your package (without delivering directly into your hands) this is considered "Delivered". If you cannot find your package or someone has stolen it from where the carrier left it, you will need to file a complaint against the carrier to seek reimbursment. It is not our resposibility to reimburse you. You agree to these terms when you place an order on our site, if you do not agree then either do not place an order with us, or contact us directly and request "signature required" delivery. This will protect the delivery of your order.

VRC Co. does not tolerate fraudulant claims of non-delivery to your credit card companies. Any claims that show a delivered status, will be charged a $25.00 fee regardless of credit card companies dispute findings. If you do not agree to these terms, do not order from us.
Tracking # shows delivered but I never received products.

If your package shows a status of "delivered" and was left on your property or with a representative (manager, neighbor) VRC Co is not liable for any further charges or replacements. You will need to seek reimbursment from your delivery driver. VRC Co. can assist you in contacting the carrier company. However, once your product has left our facility, it is no longer our responsibility or liability.

Any disputes filed with your credit card company that show a "delivered" status, will be charged a $25.00 fee as well as the full price of the order, regardless of the dispute findings. VRC Co. will not tolerate any fraudulant dispute filings against products showing "delivered" status.

This is our policy and if you do not agree, please do not order from our company.
