Shipping and Returns
How much is my shipping?
 

You may purchase as much as you would like for one flat shipping rate for shipping per order in the United States.

We offer one flat shipping rate regardless of the number of items!

You may upgrade your shipping to UPS delivery for an additional charge. The prices are calculated based on the weight of the merchandise on your order. The check out page will give you an option and will show you the shipping cost.

We are only able to ship USPS to P.O. boxes unless the address is a military address. Please know that if you choose UPS shipping and you only provide a PO box then your order will be shipped via USPS.

Your credit card will be charged under our corporite name of VRC Co.

PLEASE NOTE: Your credit card will not be charged until the day your order ships. All credit card charges are done manually through our office the day your order ships. Backorders will not be charged until the merchandise is ready for shipping. Custom orders will be charged prior to manufacturing. When you choose flat-rate, we ship using the most economical option .

When will my order ship?
 

Please see each individual item page for more information on the availability of each item. Also, after placing your order, you may click the "My Account" link at the top of any page to track the status of your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment.

Most merchandise will ship within 2-4 business days.  Each item on our Web site has a listed timeframe on when that particular item ships from our warehouse. If there is a problem, you will be notified and given the option of canceling your order. Please use the guide on the page if you are upgrading your shipping.

 
Once your item ships, ground USPS shipping will take up to 4 days includes Saturday delivery.  

 UPS delivery is Mon-Fri.

  • East Coast estimated delivery time is 7-10 days.  
  • Midwest orders arrive usually in 4-7 days.  
  • Most West Coast orders should arrive within 3 days.  

        Please note:  Customers in  Oregon, Idaho, or California we have found that most orders are received within 2 days of shipping.  There is no need to choose the air delivery options. 


You also have the option for us to partial ship items on your order if we think there will be a delay on certain items within your order.  You will not be charged any additional shipping charges. Backorders will not be charged until the merchandise is ready for shipping.  You will be given the option of canceling any backordered items. You will receive an email regarding your options.

I received the wrong product.
 

In the event that you receive the wrong product(s), we will send you the correct replacement item(s). Please contact us within 72 hours of receiving your merchandise by calling our telephone number: 206.259.9100 or text 253.292.5505. You will then need to return the item, please place merchandise back in the original shipping box, just as you received it and ship it to our returns dept.

Please note: We can only issue refunds/exchanges on defective and damaged items. Damages occured during delivery needs to be addressed directly with carrier service.

Your replacement product will only be issued once the wrong item has been returned. If you request a replacement, we will issue your replacement item (subject to availability) at our cost once we receive the return.

What is your return policy?
 

Commercial business orders are non-returnable.

Wholesale business orders are non-returnable.



Customer satisfaction is our top priority at VRC Company (www.cristalier.com). If you are not satisfied with your item(s), we will be happy to offer a refund* (minus shipping costs), or an exchange (minus shipping costs) for any unused product purchased.Please inspect your merchandise immediately to determine if your item(s) have any defects. Returned Orders are subject to a 20% restock fee.



Crystal items must be returned within 10 days* of receiving your package. We must receive the return within 20 days (allowing 10 days for shipping). If your merchandise is not received within this time frame or is not returned in new condition with all packaging intact, we reserve the right to refuse the return.


Trees must be returned with 3 days of delivery. No exceptions will be allowed. Once you receive your tree you have three days to decide to keep it or not. If you decide not to keep it, then it must be shipped back with those three days. Any damage needs to be stated prior to shipping it back to us. If the tree arrives to our returns department with damage not specified by you prior to returning it, we will not accept the return. As our wedding trees are a special event items our return policy is strictly enforced.


Please note -- We cannot accept any returns that may have been custom ordered.

Customers that "refuse delivery" or "returned to shipper" as means to return merchandise, will still be charged full value of the order. We will hold the returned merchandise for 30 days, at which time it will be become the property of VRC Co. During that 30 days, customers may request the merchandise to be reshipped to them, however customer agrees to pay all new shipping costs.


Customer who do not agree to the return restocking fee and try to dispute their credit card will be sent to a State of Washington Collection company regardless of credit card rulings.

Customers that "refuse delivery" or "returned to shipper" as means to return merchandise and dispute their credit card charges will be sent to our State of Washington collections company for payment. There will be an additional $35.00 charge added to thier account, as well as interest at the rate of 12% per month. Commercial companies or Business orders will have a lein filed against them for lack of payment against an Order. State of Washington laws govern.

VRC CO is a member of Merchant911. Protection against fraudulant customers. We do not take credit card abuse against merchants lightly.

What is the return policy of international orders?

When will my credit appear on my account?
  Credits usually take 7-10 business days from the time we receive your item(s). Although we will post your credit in this time frame, your credit card company may take up to 30 days to post the credit to your account. If after the alloted time you still have not seen a credit, please either contact our offices or your credit card company prior to filing a dispute. Any erroneous disputes filed, will be charged a $25.00 fee by VRC Co.
